Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox nightly private browse window
Actual results:
Tabstrip shows overflow arrows, even with only one tab
Expected results:
No overflow arrows

New str
1. Install bluhell firewall extension
2. Enter customization mode in Firefox
3. Click restore defaults button
4. Open new private window

Can't reproduce on a clean profile
Confirmed with Bluhell Firewall addon installed, 30.0a1 (2014-02-09), win 7 x64.
You should send a notification to the addon's developer too.

Looks like extensions aren't necessary, just changing in customisation mode, then restoring defaults causes this.
