The browser toolbox can be backgrounded, and when a breakpoint is hit the browser is unresponsive. The window should be flashed in this case so that the user is informed that a breakpoint has been hit.

Good idea, but I don't know whether we have APIs that we can use. Maybe we should look into the downloads code, since I think it does something similar.

I'd actually love it if the toolbox got brought to the front too

+1 The main window is useless while you're stopped at a breakpoint anyways.
