If you have some text selected in a tab with the grippers visible, switching between tabs/creating new tabs won't display the grippers once you return to the same tab. The text will remain selected but the grippers won't be visible.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Open Firefox Metro
2) Once opened, go to wikipedia.org and load a random article from the front page
3) Double tab on some text and select a paragraph or so
4) Switch to another tab or create a new tab (both routes have the same result)
5) Return to the previous tab and you'll notice that text is still highlighted but the grippers have disappeared
Current Behavior:
- When you switch between tabs or created a new tab and have some text selected, returning to the same tab will still have the same text selected but the grippers will be missing
Expected Behavior:
- The grippers should be visible when the user returns to the previous page and can continue selecting/deselecting text.
Found the issue using the following build:
