If you have some text selected in a tab with the grippers visible, switching between tabs/creating new tabs won't display the grippers once you return to the same tab. The text will remain selected but the grippers won't be visible. Steps to reproduce the issue: 1) Open Firefox Metro 2) Once opened, go to wikipedia.org and load a random article from the front page 3) Double tab on some text and select a paragraph or so 4) Switch to another tab or create a new tab (both routes have the same result) 5) Return to the previous tab and you'll notice that text is still highlighted but the grippers have disappeared Current Behavior: - When you switch between tabs or created a new tab and have some text selected, returning to the same tab will still have the same text selected but the grippers will be missing Expected Behavior: - The grippers should be visible when the user returns to the previous page and can continue selecting/deselecting text. Found the issue using the following build: - http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2014-02-11-03-02-01-mozilla-central/
