[cs] Remove Google as a content handler for feeds
As Google Reader and iGoogle are being/have been discontinued, the cs locale will need to remove Google Reader as a content handler for feed and potentially add some new handlers. See bug 943318 for reference.
Is review needed? Who is right person for r?

(In reply to Pavel Cvrcek (Mozilla.cz) [:JasnaPaka] from comment #1) > Is review needed? Who is right person for r? Carry out whatever is the usual review process for your locale. I would say if in doubt about what feed handlers to use for your locale check with / ask for feedback from the productization team as I did in bug 943318
Patch sets contentHandlers to the same values like en-US has. Only one exception on the first place (Seznam.cz - current value). Yahoo is not relevant for Czech Republic.
