Neither the mobile usage or the Wi-Fi usage display any information in the Cost Control app.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140212004003
2) Open Cost Control app and proceed through the setup
3) Browse the internet using data or Wi-Fi
4) Return to homescreen and open Cost Control app
Actual:
There is no data usage displayed in Cost Control app.
Expected:
The Cost Control app shows correct data usage.

not seeing this problem in today's master (1.4) build - the app works fine, displays the usage properly
