Steps to reproduce:

Open the console, navigate to Network panel.


Actual results:

Data URI's, like data:image/svg+xml is not listed  on network panel (and nowhere)


Expected results:

Show data URI's in network panel, with some status code that identify it is not actually an request, but a Data URI (Chrome Developer Tools show as data).
