Acceptance criteria:
* From the list of downloaded files I can pick an image file to be set as wallpaper
* Before actually setting image file as wallpaper, I will be able to preview it
* In case of a later wallpaper change, I can set downloaded file back using existing configuration mechanisms

I am not sure about last acceptance criteria, I tested the patch and if I change wallpaper later on from settings, I can go back to the file I downloaded from Gallery, but not from wallpaper list. Is this the expected behavior? Or downloaded file should appear in the wallpaper list?

The download manager only has control over the first item on the list of acceptance criteria. After that, it hands off to the wallpaper app.
The wallpaper app displays a preview (item 2).
Acceptance criterion #3 will not be part of release 1.4. I think there is general agreement that wallpapers should work like ringtones, but no plans yet to implement this feature. So in this case, the acceptance criteria are just unrealistic.
Needinfo Jacqueline and Sri to this feature (adding new wallpapers to the list of system wallpapers) on the UX radar and into the Media team's backlog. Seems relatively easy, but also quite low priority.

OK, make sense to not include here an acceptance criteria affecting other app, so I remove third acceptance criteria:
* In case of a later wallpaper change, I can set downloaded file back using existing configuration mechanisms

The first 2 acceptance criteria have been tested and everything works fine. The third acceptance criteria will be reviewed in the future, maybe in another different story user.
The tests will be sent to Mozilla for import into Moztrap.
