Over in bug 972835 I'm adjusting the balrog (aus4) publishing steps to use its own accounts rather than using ffxbld/stage-ffxbld. We're going to need a few changes to thunderbird ldap accounts to make this possible. Essentially, we need to get them into the same state as ffxbld/stage-ffxbld, which I think involves the following:
* Create a stage-tbirdbld account with a non-expiring password
* Add a non-expiring password to the tbirdbld account
* Allow stage-tbirdbld to access https://aus4-admin-dev.allizom.org
* Allow tbirdbld to access https://aus4-admin.allizom.org and https://aus4-admin.mozilla.org (If this should be a separate bug, I'm happy to move it out.)

You're welcome to choose the passwords, or I can send you passwords.

I believe this is done now. Please verify. I've e-mailed the passwords to bhearsum in a gpg-encrypted e-mail.
