Let's get a tracker on file for the various pieces for a Lithuanian localization of Firefox OS.

We've got a keyboard thanks to bug 939991.

Peiying, can you file bugs required for marketplace? Not necessarily to be immediately addressed, but so that we've got them on file.

Things that are still not localized:
* Marketplace
* External accounts section in Settings
* Bug 982124 (locale-aware number formatting; not specific to my locale)
* SUMO articles

I'm not sure if we should leave this bug open, or close it and create/mark new bugs as blocking this one.

Closing as INCOMPLETE. I had Firefox OS 100% localized for a few releases, but got behind after 2.1. Now that Firefox OS is "pivoting to connected devices" and becoming more of a platform for experiments than real product, localizing it into Lithuanian seems like a rather pointless thing to do.

Needless to say, this decision can be reconsidered as events unfold.
