1.  Goal
* As a user, I want to be able to manually change the language that I want content translated into so that I can get the translation that I’m looking for

2.  Acceptance Criteria
* Firefox will assume that I want content translated into my default language and display this on the Infobar
* I can manually select a different language that I want Firefox to translate content into through the Infobar
* The language pair choices Firefox offer’s will be limited to the pairs we support in the pilot
