Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=945449#c5, we need a wait screen with a "cancel" button, and the ability to send a cancel message down to B2G.

Jared, because we have an alternate way to satisfy bug 998464, I'd like to move this to nice to have, and remove both of the current blockers (that bug and the meta for Gaia blockers). Let me know if that's OK.
