Hi Kevin, I previously track this user story on RD bug 959490, this is planned to be done 1.4.
During meeting with Ivan and team, we agreed that I should create user story bug instead.

@ Randy, a reminder to review TCs, for FC stage, UAC is basic pass criteria.
No longer blocks: 1.4-multimedia
Unflagging in-moztrap for now - will look into this again when 1.5 test planning becomes active again.

Clearing - nobody in QA is committed to any 1.5 work right now. We'll discuss resource allocation on this later when the priority of 1.5 bumps up.
