Description:
When composing an email and the user types anything in the email body and locks/unlocks the device when the keyboard was up. The text gets cut off in the email body after unlocking the device.

Prerequisites: Email configured in the email application

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140218004003
2) Launch the email app and select compose 
3) Type random text in the email body when the keyboard is up
4) Lock and unlock the device

Actual:
The text in the email body get cut off after unlocking the device 

Expected:
Text in the email body does not cut when unlocking the device

Hi all,
   I suspect APZC make UI broken in this case, after disable APZC it works fine.
   Step:
   1. Disable APZC
   2. Restart your phone.
   3. Open Calendar app
   4. tap '+'
   5. find the 'Notes' field and tap it. Keyboard shown.
   6. Lock and unlock the device. UI looks good.

Okay - thanks for the clarity. Going to wait for feedback on qawanted to know if this problem fixes itself upon starting to type again or not. If it doesn't fix itself, then I'm going to nom this.

Yes it fixes its self by taping on the screen to type again and the issue does not reproduce if APZ is off.

On that regard, I'd probably not block on this because it's easily recoverable.

I was able to only repro this once out of ~10 attempts (hamachi with latest 1.3). Seems like a race condition with painting but it's going to be hard to track down because it's so intermittent. I'll try seeing if I can repro on 1.4 - if it doesn't happen there and it's not a 1.3 blocker then it might just be WFM.

I was not able to reproduce this on a Peak running master at all (tried ~10-12 times).

Salem, are you able to reproduce this on 1.4 builds? If not then we should close this as wontfix for 1.3 and unaffected for 1.4.

I am still seeing this issue on today's Buri v1.4 although at a lower reproduction rate.  I also went to the build referenced in Comment 11 and I could also reproduce the issue on that build after a few attempts.  I put the reproduction rate at around 30%.
