Description:
"Incoming Caller ID" MMI text in header is displayed truncated when device language is set to Polish.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri V 1.2 COM RIL to BuildID: 20131025004000
2) In Settings choose Polish as the default language
3) Navigate to Homescreen and launch Dialer App
4) Input - *#30# into Dialer 
5) Press green Dialer button and observe

Actual:
"Incoming Caller ID" text is truncated in header when translated.

Expected:
"Incoming Caller ID" text is able to be viewed fully when translated.

I no longer see truncated "Incoming Caller ID" header in latest 2.1pre (2014-07-06, 049853bd).
