If I expand a recipient list (in my case it was a Cc: list) which is too long to
fit in the Mail message pane, I don't get the scrollbar and it is impossible to
browse through either the list of recipient or to the message body

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive mail with 100+ recipients or so

Actual Results:  No scrollbar made available

Expected Results:  Scroll bar should appear if list of recipients cannot fit in
the message pane of the mail window
This is a duplicate of some other bug about too long recipent lists.
