Errr... That's all? I'd expect a URL that includes the locale code (like de, es, fr, it, etc.) and some rationale as of why this is needed, how should we promote it in regional sites, and so.
BTW, the point 8 in the form is indented one space and thus misprocessed by MediaWiki.

Ricardo, I'm trying to understand the origin of this request, I expect to have some details next week.
Please ignore it for now.

Please excuse me... This is the first localization bug I've filed!
The survey is a survey that will be sent to new contributors who reach out via email through the Get Involved page. (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contribute/) in order to gauge the demographics and interest of new contributors. It was created by the research team.
The survey is expected to go out in March. We would like to localize it in 3 languages and have filed bugs in those languages as well.
Let me know what other information I can provide.

Hi Jennie, can you please get in touch with l10n-drivers about this project?
This should be the starting point, as pointed at some point in the Etherpad
https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:NewProjects
As it is, this request lacks any kind of information: how people are supposed to provide the localization, where to check the localized survey, a clear deadline. So I suggest moving this discussion to email.

I've just added a .lang file for this survey to your locale dashboard.
Deadline is March 17th, so you have at least two weekends available for this project. If the localization will be available sooner, even better :-)
Adding a few people in CC to be sure the team is aware of this request.

Hi everyone,
I just committed a first draft. You may check out at r125082. I'm a bit confused about what "Write-in" means in this context...

It's one of the four options available in this question, so it should just mean "write (your answer)".
>23. What is your gender? (Select one)
>Female
>Male
>Write-in
>I'd rather not say.

Some comments:
- Line 138: the en-US sentence is probably not entirely correct regarding the use of plurals, as it says "the type*s* of project(s)"; I'd say that it can be "type" or "types", but it should be "project" anyways. In Spanish, if we stick to plural, it should be read "los tipos de proyecto en los que quiero colaborar", without the "(s)". The same issue appears in line 142.
- Line 142: I'd say there is a repetition of "others": "...abierto a otras oportunidades en otros proyectos". I'd remove the first one, for "...abierto a oportunidades en otros proyectos".
- Line 226: we've forgotten the opening question mark: "...con Mozilla, ¿esperas..."
- Line 254: there is a missing trailing dot: "...conocimiento y experiencia."
- Line 298: I'd rewrite the option as "11 horas o más". If we want to display the plus symbol, I'd use then "11+ horas".
- Line 362: perhaps "Bienes tangibles" would be more accurate; a typical Mozilla product is a downloadable software.
- Line 378: very nit-pick, I know, but what about placing "actualmente" at the end: "¿Tienes empleo actualmente?"

OK, but I still don't understand the point of providing that option :) AFAIK, we humans are divided into genders - we are either male or female...
Anyway, the survey is ready. @Ricardo, I made the edits to apply all your suggestions, thanks for your help! r125144

Some people prefer not to disclaim their gender, other just don't consider male/female a valid alternative ;-)
Thanks as usual for the speedy translation.

Unfortunately I managed to miss 2 pieces of text from the original Etherpad: title and intro text (split in 3 strings). You should see the missing strings in your webdashboard in a few minutes.
You should also be able to test the survey at this URL (minus the missing strings)

Hi Francesco,
I'm experiencing some issues when trying to commit files to svn. Please let me know when those issues get fixed. Thank you!

That's bug 951059, unfortunately it's been around for the last couple of days.
Sometimes commits work, most of the time they don't.
