Supplemental pages are pages like /about and /privacy. This might be a general page template we can apply to pages that don't have specific design/functional requirements. The wireframes are attached to bug 972909. The latest visual designs will be attached to bug 945866 soon. :mkelly can help integrate this work into the new application.
