Meta bug to track proof-of-concept work to enable Contacts backup from FirefoxOS with third-party identity-attached service using CardDAV protocol.

End-to-end requirements for client MVP:
- User gets new FxOS phone
- User creates/signs into FXA
- User opts into contacts backup
- User adds a contact
- Contact is pushed to remote CardDAV server

There are many questions that are out of scope for this prototype.  We have begun documenting them here for future reference:
