Details
Overview Description: The Add button for adding Panels is not
implemented yet.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open Sidebar and click on Customize to go to main Sidebar Customization
screen.
2) Select Weather and click on Add
Actual Results: Nothing happens
Expected Results: Should add Weather to Current Panels.
071308 build, all platforms.

I checked in a fix. It may not work in today's builds, but it should show up
tomorrow.
Note that you still cannot save your changes. That's bug # 9764.
