1.  Goal:
* As a user of the Polish build who has upgraded to a version of Firefox with the translation add-on pre-installed, I want Firefox to offer to translate pages that it detects are written in: En, Zh, Ja, Es, De, Fr, Ru, Ar, Ko, Pt so that I can read the content I want to read in my native language.

2.  Acceptance Criteria:
* Users who have a version of the Polish build of Firefox with the translation add-on pre-installed or who download the add-on in Vietnam will be offered a translation of any page they visit which Firefox detects is written in  En, Zh, Ja, Es, De, Fr, Ru, Ar, Ko, or Pt.
