From Stephanie Chen @ Youtube - From landscape mode, cannot scroll past the video to the comments when finger is in the video section. Can only scroll when finger is on either column to the left or right of the video section. This is seen when trying to play and scroll to comments in landscape mode on this Philips test video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaqe1qesQ8c&list=PL2eV488PcFC4-LVibBt9ygwUZaSuhlGFN&index=
 
Repro Steps:
1. Open YouTube app 
2. Search for Philips PM5644 video
3. Play video in landscape mode
4. Try to scroll down in the center of the screen

Actual: Screen does not scroll down when doing so from the center of the screen
 
Expected: Screen should scroll down from center of screen
