This is really similar to bug 969245 and very related to bug 969244 but I'm filing it separately to make sure the final result is documented and we can verify it:

1)    A phone visiting the Marketplace will see only apps which are: compatible with phones, compatible with the OS on the phone, and has compatible buchets.

2)    A tablet visiting the Marketplace will see only apps which are: compatible with tablets, compatible with the OS on the tablet, and has compatible buchets.

3)    A desktop visiting the Marketplace will see only apps which are: compatible with desktops, compatible with the OS on the desktop (on the off chance android gets on the desktop I guess), and has compatible buchets.

In short, by default, when you visit the marketplace you can only ever see apps you can actually install on the device.  One exception is bug 969244 which lets desktop toggle to see other platforms (to let people search for things on desktop).  This button will likely be added to the mobile/tablet views in the future.

Platform/form factor is handled by bug 1127080. So this bug is only about adding buchets?
