From Stephanie Chen at Youtube - the Alcatel phone should be able to play ads. We used this test video http://youtube.com/watch?v=5U9jbYBkkII which
always has an ad at the very start of the video, but the ad never played on the
Alcatel phone.

Repro Steps:
1. Open Youtube app
2. Search for "long video lior gottlieb" (it's a 13 minute clip)
3. Watch if ad plays before the video

Actual: Ad does not play before video
 
Expected: Ad plays before video

Environmental Variables
Alcatel (orange and white phone)

Notes from Nicole Fong: Was NOT able to reproduce on Alcatel v1.3

Hi all

I've test on a  ZTE OPENC(with v1.3) build number: 20140305034252 and the ad appears. See video attached (VID_0004.3gp)

Also tested on an Alcatel OTF (white) with v1.3, build number: 2014021902605 and the ad also appears. Please check video attached (VID_0003.3gp)

Will keep testing to see if by any reason the ad does not display.

I was also not able to replicate this issue. I can't remember the exact build number. I sent a device that I tested as being able to play ads to YouTube yesterday.

It seems that this bug is no longer valid. Can anyone confirm with YT to close it

Confirmed by Stephanie Chen that ads do play and passed certification.

Changing status to Resolved - Fixed.
