Steps to reproduce:
Dock the Downloads icon in Australis main menu and click.
Actual results:
It shows directly a library window instead of showing recent downloads same like in popup.
Expected results:
Its appearance should be similar to other elements, like History or Developer menus. I made a mockup how it should look like.
