I am having difficulty unambiguously parsing the changes in cf_user_story found in the BUGS_ACTIVITY table. The diff format seems to be missing a CR before the first + line (only if there is a - line): The best examples can be seen in the changes on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_activity.cgi?id=971987 > @@ -9 +9,2 @@ > -- Avoiding gUM permission notifications+- Avoiding gUM permission notifications > +- Accessing system address books (future, after MLP) Oddly, I can only find examples where the + and - are identical.

Fixed. Also added a check to raise a warning if the + and - start on different lines
