Description:
The "Receiving bluetooth file" notification inside of the expanded notifications menu is truncated. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140303004002
2) Select Croatian/Hrvatski as the language.
3) Turn on Bluetooth.
4) Pair the test device with another device
5) Pick a file (like a video file) on the test device to transfer over Bluetooth to the other device.
6) Accept the transfer and bring down the notifications menu while transferring

Actual:
The header "Receiving bluetooth file" is truncated.

Expected:
The string "Receiving bluetooth file" is not truncated in the header.
