Bug 932520 allows us to use HTML5 drag and drop, but this does not work with touch. It's likely we prevent the default drag events in apzc and interpret it as panning.
Perhaps we can have a long hold to distinguish between panning and initiating a drag.

IE does the long hold to start a drag/drop operation. It's a shorter hold then the right-click long hold.
