emulator-kk needs the following repositories mirrored that aren't currently mirrored.
https://git.mozilla.org/external/aosp/platform/external/icu4c/
https://git.mozilla.org/external/caf/platform/external/scrypt/
https://git.mozilla.org/external/caf/platform/external/sfntly/
https://git.mozilla.org/external/caf/platform/external/tinycompress/
For this, I need the upstream URL to follow for each of them.
