On several steps of the AAQ process we offer a product and topic picker on top of the page. Those push the actual content further down and don't seem to add much value, we should remove them. It seems like people can easily use the back button to change those choices. They can't easily go back after the sign-up procedure, so it makes sense to have those pickers on the "Fill in details" step. Please remove the pickers from: * https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop * https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/get-started * https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/get-started?search=something#summarize-question Of course this applies for all products, topics, and searches

1pt to move those things to the bottom. Assumption: This only affects desktop templates.

The mobile flow works differently and we don't have any suggestions for that yet. All bugs filed for this project go back to this Etherpad: https://sumo.etherpad.mozilla.org/london-experiments

I'm not so sure about this one, now we have three calls to action at the bottom of every page. The actual button to progress to the next step, one link that says "change product", and one that says "change category". I don't feel particularly strong about this one, but I don't see an upside either.
