The filterRes attribute has been removed from the Filter Effects spec:

We're removing the functionality for the filterRes attribute in bug 948265.

There is discussion around also removing the filterRes attribute from the HTML spec:
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24900

If the filterRes attribute is removed from the HTML spec, we should remove the parsing for it in this bug.
