STR:
1. connect to a wifi.
2. move out of range (outside the building etc).
3. return to wifi location.

Expected:
device should reconnect to the previously known wifi it was connected to.

Actual:
device does not connect.
Can someone check if this reproduces on Buri & on what versions?
