Switch from the git changeset obtained from sources.xml to the mercurial changeset from App.ini (using mozversion). Also submit the repository location so this can be constructed in the datazilla UI.

Note that we should hold off merging this until bug 979829 is fixed.

We needed this for tinderbox builds, which don't have the git revision available in the sources.xml file. This means we'll have a UI issue until bug 979840 is fixed.
