 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Run GCF case 27.22.4.22.1/6 (SET UP IDLE MODE TEXT, REFRESH with SIM
 Initialization),After execute refresh with SIM Initialization,the idle text still display on top bar->KO.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 The idle text should be removed.

Sora is base on FFOS1.3, we don't know status of this case on 1.4.
