1. I created a new Sync account on desktop (aka Syncparty) 2. I removed the previous Sync account from Android which had 4 clients attached 3. I added the Syncparty account to Android 4. I did Sync now on both desktop and Android browsers 5. On Android (and not desktop) I can still see the devices (and their tabs) from the previous account, as well as the current Syncparty account

Aaron: no, this is about data sticking around after account deletion, whereas that is about UI elements not reflecting current state. (That bug will eventually morph into "doesn't show that I have a Sync account set up, still showing me the promo banner".) This bug depends on the account deletion being detected and reflected in underlying data stores, which is Bug 963446.
