I will attach 2 screenshots of the Javascript Console. When the window size is
reduce two white spaces appear under the scrollbar and under the last arrow of
the vertical scrollbar. Also notice on the other screenshot that the last arrow
of the vertical scrollbar is 1/3 hidden.

The white box beside the horizontal, and below the vertical scrollbar is a 
generic defect -- bug 30579 -- "Scrollbar corner" should be skinnable 
(currently always white)

The white gap below the horizonal scrollbar is kind of curious. Don't know
what that is.

The overlap of the grow box on the Mac with the vertical scrollbar down arrow
could probably be cured by some flex setting on the error entries in the 
console, so that they completely flex vertically. 

Sending the -> hewitt, if he wants to do something with these.

The second problem is covered by bug 56488. Benjamin, can you still reproduce
this problem using a current build?

White spaces are gone but the 1/3 hidden arrow problem stills reproducible
vertically and horizontally. Mark it dupe of 56488.
