981778 - Stop running mochitest-browser-chrome on B2G branches

We need to get mochitest-browser-chrome off of mac minis; one of the places we're using them is mochitest-browser-chrome on mozilla-b2g* branches.  I don't believe there is any point in running mbc tests on B2G branches, so we should just turn those tests off there.  mochitest-plain and mochitest-other will be unaffected.

Do they run on linux as well?
I am fine with this.

This is about linux testing. The linux testers are rev3s running Fedora 12.

I'm fine with this. We have much more important tests to work on.

At some point we'll likely want to enable some tests for Miley, but lets worry about that then

Just to clarify what Ryan said, we currently do not have any browser-chrome tests running on emulators or b2g desktop anywhere. This is just about disabling desktop browser-chrome on older b2g branches like b2g26.
