Per email and irc, it looks like we stopped using Fedora 16 in bug 816793, so we no longer need the F16 repos. I don't see any access to them in the puppetmaster access logs. I'd like to move the repos aside (by just deleting the 'recent' symlink) for a while, and if nothing breaks, remove them. They're 83GB, so that's a substantial space savings.

rm -rf'd. The upstream sync for relabs, at least, doesn't include --delete, so the repo will stick around there for a bit in case we suddenly find a need for it.
