As an operator I want to change Network Display Indicator icon depending on the SIM card in case it is inserted after the First Run Experience Acceptance criteria: * This is to fix the case of inserting a SIM card after the First Run, because it is already defined in bug 923449, but not implemented yet * And only to be applied the first time to insert a SIM card of an operator that is defined in the device * Network Display Indicator will be configured depending on MCC/MNC of the SIM card
