I'm seeing some useless layers beeing created/destroyed while panning the thread list ui.
Adding a background color to the ul element of those lists seems to prevent them to be created/destroyed.

Thanks for the explanation for this issue, it's a little bit difficult to figure out why it's happening because it's not reproducible every time on the device.
