1. launch Marketplace
2. tap in the search field

Expected: keyboard appears
Actual: keyboard doesn't appear

Note: 
1. I think it might have to do with memory pressure?  
2. Or possibly switching keyboards from English to Chinese and back, closing the marketplace app relaunching and then trying to search...

I don't believe this bug is a duplicate.  There's a different behavior from this bug and the other bug without evidence, I would guess it would be hard to prove.  I will retest when the other bug is fixed.

I can't even get to the marketplace currently.   There's suppose to be a new version of the marketplace landing on the 16th.  I will revisit then.

I only got the keyboard not to appear 1 / 10 .  This is after tapping out of the search field and then going back to it.  I was mistaken; I think it is a dup after all.

There is a new (v0) packaged marketplace app now. This bug should be re-tested on v0 (if not on v1 in a week or so).
