As a user, I want the input method key to switch to the comma key if I only have one keyboard selected in order to fully utilize screen space. The input method switch key should also have a visual hint indicating that long press features are available.

Acceptance:
Visual “...” hint on the input method switch key (if more than 1 keyboard available).
Long press on the key brings up input method selection screen.
If only 1 keyboard is selected in settings, the key becomes a comma instead.

Refer to p.6 of UX spec in bug 983043
