986073 - Update time periods for Reports on Dashboard

To be consistent with the changes in bug 984573, we would like to change the Last 2 weeks and Last 10 weeks data points in the Reports section of the Dashboard.

- 'Last 2 weeks' will be replaced with 'Last 4 weeks'
- 'Last 10 weeks' will be replaced with 'Last 8 weeks'

The data queries (eg 11 activities), the date range labels (eg 06 Mar 2014 - 20 Mar 2014) and section labels (eg Last 4 weeks) in these columns need to be updated.

Ideally, both bug 984573 and this bug will be released at the same time.
