See: http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Localization_and_Plurals zhCN should use pluralRule=0, zhTW also use it. But at present, zhCN use pluralRule=1 This will cause many pluralRule warnnings when browsing some Chinese sites.
Bug 467548, https://sourceforge.net/p/cnmozilla/mailman/message/31532933/, etc. Checker warning is another issue, and I expect it to solved in the next commit (Changes back to plural form)...
