Steps to reproduce:

Add a Facebook account with friends having a single quote in their name
Open the Chat tab


Actual results:

Single quotes are converted to double quotes (ASCII code 0x22)


Expected results:

Single quotes should be left unchanged.
My initial suspicion is that the Facebook XMPP interface is doing this conversion.

I don't think I have any friends to test this with, but I'll check again.

I think this is really a bug against the Facebook code, which is no longer supported.
