Details

a) Move all our custom config headers (SkUserConfig.h, GrGLConfig.h, etc) outside of trunk/
b) Move all our custom source (SkFontHost_cairo.cpp, etc) outside of trunk/
c) Modify moz.build
d) trunk/ is now a straight copy of upstream Skia.

Probably can also nuke most patches in the patches/ directory while we're at it. Pretty much everything has been upstreamed now.
