Details
# STR:
1. Launch contacts app
2. Add a contact
3. Tap the contact you created from the contacts list
4. Tap the phone number
# Expected results:
A phone call is started and the call screen window is displayed
# Actual results:
An error message window is displayed, that says "No network connection"
