STR:

1.) Flash the build and enable dsds.  Insert two SIM cards and restart the phone.

Actual

Device appears (on either SIM Card) to be searching for signal forever.  Phone cannot connect to network.

Expected:
After a reasonable time, both SIM cards are detected and phone can connect to network on either SIM.

Francis, can partner check this bug?
For log, we can get SIM information but not comp on network. And it is the commercial RIL.

Hi Ken& Francis,

This is a known issue that also can be reproduced on our side, we are still working on that and also raise it to Qualcomm for help.
We have a solution by modify QCN to improve camp on network successful rate, but will have some side effect, will let you know if it will add to new version release today later.
