Steps to reproduce:

After updating to Firefox 28.0, the bookmarks menu sometimes doesn't render correctly and is instead transparent. This can be reproduced by left-clicking on the bookmarks menu with mouse. As the issue is intermittent, it's impossible for me to say exactly how to reproduce it.

I've attached an animated gif to show the issue.

These was a previous bug, 872466, for this issue, and it was solved in Firefox 24 or 25. You can see the original bug report at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=872466.

This seemed to be fixed in latest Nightly31.0a1(2014-03-26).

Could you test with Latest Nightly31.0a1 build( http://nightly.mozilla.org/ )?

It does appear to be fixed in Nightly 31.0a1.
