988059 - Remove old start-msvc*.bat files when MozillaBuild 1.9 is installed over top of an existing install

I know we discussed this at the time, but IMO we need to fix this before releasing the final version so we don't confuse the heck out of people when they end up with essentially two different sets of bat files in their install dir. Looks like it should only require a fairly simple change to installit.nsi.

Ed, if you're interested in taking it, let me know. Otherwise, I'll do it. I'm looking to get 1.9 finalized this week.
