988432 - Increase number of b2g reftest on EC2 chunks from 10 to 15

We're moving B2G emulator reftests from r3 mac minis to EC2 VM's.  The tests are slower on the new config by ~30%, resulting in chunk durations of greater than one hour.

We may be able to fix this by using more powerful nodes for these jobs (bug 985650), but let's not depend on that.  Instead, let's increase the number of chunks we use for these tests from 10 to 15.  We can unwind this later if we end up running them on higher-powered nodes.
